CLINIC FOR SWIM COACHES

Fellow Coaches: SUNY Oneonta will be hosting a Super Sports Systems (3S) clinic for swim coaches on Saturday September 10, 2009 from 1 pm - 5 pm. Please join my staff and Sergei Beliaev (President of 3S) for what is sure to be an awesomely educational day on season planning, the latest advances in scientific coaching, and how you can use 3S in your daily practice. If you're used to flying by the seat of your pants, this clinic will be a real eye-opener. After only one season of using the system, I have seen great improvements in the athletes on our teams. We experienced a few firsts for our program last year. One of which was a SUNYAC Champion in the women’s 100 Backstroke as well as an NCAA provisional qualifier. This was a first in our college’s history. On the men’s side we had a second place finisher at SUNYAC’s in the 500 Freestyle. Our December ECAC meet was the first time we had qualified our entire team to be able to attend the championship meet. All this in our first year of using the 3S system. The 3S program is very dynamic and can meet the needs of any coach/athlete at any level. Sergei is extremely generous with his time and has always been available to answer questions about the use of the system throughout the season. I strongly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to pick up some practical hints from some very successful coaches, and to learn more about what 3S can do for you. The clinic will be held in the Human Ecology Building on our campus in computer lab room 136. There is no cost for parking or need for a permit.
