RESERVATION FORM FOR 3S SWIM COACH CLINIC

The clinic will be held on Saturday, October 10th from 1 pm until 5 pm at the State University of NY in Oneonta and is open to coaches of all levels. You do not need to be a 3S coach to attend. This is a CSCAA/NISCA educational event, and you may be eligible for certification and/or continuing ed credits by participating in the clinic.

There is a fee of $35 for all coaches. Please complete this form online, or print and FAX it to us at (800) 941-7303.
