MONITORING AND EVALUATING REQUIRED PROGRESS
During any training process, from the recreational phase to the Olympic level, it is extremely important to have valid criteria for evaluating the current stage of an athlete's development. It is also vital to know these criteria in order to select an individual training strategy (based on specific needs /deficiencies and goals).

In reality any type of training, whether it involves maximum intensity exercises or special exercises based on calculations (interrupted test), can be used for such criteria. This "Weekly Results Progression" is another of our exclusive training tools. To use it simply enter any distance and stroke and receive the "required results progression" at that distance. The strategy may also be adjusted to be more or less aggressive. |

However, you can't fool the laws of nature or break the laws of human adaptation to physical training. The strategies we suggest have been tested on generations of athletes at all levels of competition, and are considered to be "optimum".
